Dream
A
dream is a series of images , events and
feelings that happen in people's mind
while they are asleep .Dreams are at times very clear while at other times
abstract and ambiguous .Dreams are sometimes pleasant ,while sometimes they
might be rather terrifying .Dream is beneficial because it brings
mental,emotional and physical well being.There are mixed opinion on the
issue.Some theorists suggest dream has no apparent meaning , on the other hand,
others believe that they are important for maintaining good , mental and
physical health.It can be extraordinary vivid or very vague.They may be filled
with joyful emotions or frightening images.They may be focused and
understandable or unclear and confusing .Science has been succeeded a little in
interpreting dreams .It is still
unraveling the exact purpose and function of sleep itself .Besides, sleep is more
important than dream as dream is experienced during sleep.Along with sleep
removes our fatigue and brings energy.At
last , it can be said that a dream is a fulfillment of desires at the unconscious level, It can
bring mental , emotional and physical well-being.
