Shariatpur
Dated: The 8th June, 2012
Dear Bonna,

I am very glad to receive your sweet note. You have shown interest to know my aim in life. Now I am telling you about it. Everyone has an aim in his life and I am an exceptional one. I have a him also. I have a long cherished desire to be a teacher. Some reasons work behind my choice. You know that most of the people of our country are illiterate. Our country is poor. If we cannot educate our illiterate people, we cannot expect to develop our country. When we will be able to remove the darkness of illiteracy, our country will surely make progress. Without education, we cannot raise our heads among the nations. I would like to take the responsibility of educating our people. I like to spread the light of education among the illiterate. So, I have chosen to be a teacher in future.
To be a good teacher. I have to work hard. At first I have to do well in the S.S.C and S.S.C exam. Then I will take my bachelor and master degree from a reputed university. Then I will join in a school and serve the nation the nation. Teachers are the nation builders. I want to be one of them.
I am well. Write to me about your aim in life. Love to all.
Yours ever.

Dated: The 8th June, 2012
My dear Robert,

My best wishes to you. Today I am writing you to tell you about the changes in young people’s food habits in my country. The young people are leaving their oven food habits and are getting used to fast foods and western food day by day. Today they go to fast food shops and enjoy much by eating fast foods such as pizza, burger, noodles, rolls and soft drinks. Students are also seen crowded in the fast food shops and have a nice pastime with fast foods. In the towns and cities the educated people both men and women go to fast food shops and take fast food. Most often the young people belonging to rich class go to Chinese hotels and have their dinner. Even many service holders go to fast food shops when they feel hungry. In seminar, symposiums, meeting or any kind of get together fast foods are served. At present this is the present condition of the food habit of young people in my country .no more today.
Thanking you.
Yours ever,

7. Write a letter to your friend discussing the importance of learning English.
Shariatpur
Dated: The 8th June, 2012
My dear mayna,

It was very nice of you to have written to me. You will be glad to know that I got the first prize in the debate completion in English of our school on the topic. The importance of learning English. I will now tell you in brief what I said there.
English is an international language. All that is best in modern civilization is available in English. If we avoid English. We keep our selves aloof from the civilized world. Our education will suffer most because almost all the books necessary for higher education are written in English. English still has a commanding position in every sphere of our life like science, technology, law, medicine, commerce, industry and diplomatic services. It is quite impossible to replace English by Bangla overnight. But in the meantime the position of English has been underestimated and for that reason the standard of education has fallen down. I tis high time we realized the importance of learning the standard of education his fallen down. It is high time we reaslised the importance of learning English and took necessary measures to upgrade the standard of learning English.
I hope this letter of mine will find you hale and hearty.
Your ever.

Again most of the people are illiterate. They do not know how to read and write. They have no knowledge about education. Health, family planning scientific method of cultivation. Dear Nahid,

It was a great pleasure to receive your letter where you have described recent visit to shatgambuz Mosque in Bagerhat. I wish I could visit there. Last month I visited Moinamoti in Comilla. Now I am telling about it. Mynamoti, the relics of an ancient Buddhist civilization, is about six miles west of Comilla. A part of the entire site is called shalban Bihar. A big central shine has been dug out. Many valuably things of use have been found and kept in the mynamoti museum. It is really a wonder to think that the civilization could be so much developed some thousand years ago, in some cases the construction is a wonder even the modern architecture.
I think you could feel the nostalgia if you went there.
No more today remain happy.
Your loving,

Besides, I have read the test books thoroughly and explored every nook and corner of them. Moreover, the hot questions are already memorized. Mathematics, English and Arabic are in my daily practice routine. I believe I can do well with any sorts of question. Still some days time is in hand and I am checking my weak –point.
I hope I can overcome it successfully. Pray for me so that I can achieve an expected  outcome.

Hope you are well. How are your classes and study? I have been terribly shocked to know that you are quite indifferent to your study. Nothing can be more deplorable than this. Don’t you see how the good students are respected? You don’t know how much exciting it is to have a good result in the exciting it is to have a good result in the examination. If you are not serious you cannot have good result which is a must to be admitted into good madrasah. Unless you can have a brilliant result, you will have to suffer throughout your life because with a poor certificate you can neither get higher studies nor a good job. Still you have in hand to come back to seriousness. Waste no more time. Let me know in a letter that you have been serious.

My dear Rana,

Receive my best wishes, I hope you are well. Your last letter left me hopeless for your some problems.
England is a wonderful country in the world. You are lucky enough to stay there. You wrote me that you could not adjust with the new place and new food.
It is quite natural that it takes time to get accustomed to new environment. But you should not forget that nothing is impossible for a man.  Again time is great healer. So with the passage of time you will be able to adjust yourself to the new place and food because habit is the second nature of man. It also matters little for you. In course of time everything will be o. k. and you will be able to get used to food of England.
Write to me soon.

My dear munir,

I am happy to learn that you are going on well with your studies. But in the letter there is no mention of your physical activities.
You are happy health is wealth. Sound mind lives in a sound body. A boy of ill health can not reach his goal. So it needs no telling the importance of sound health to you. In order to maintain a sound mind, you are to keep your body fit at first and it is physical exercise which enables a student to maintain a good physique. Hard work, perseverance, punctuality, sincerity etc. are needed to cut a good figure in the examination. And this is not possible without a strong and stout body. If you fail to keep your body sound, you will lose all zest of life and then life would be dull and meaningless to you. Then you will also stumble in the way of life. A life without solid foundation of education is no life at all. You are told to take physical exercise regularly so that you can keep your body fit.
Yours affectionately,
Fatema.

Dear Shipu,

I am glad to receive your letter. You have wanted to know about the picnic that we made. I am now writing about it.  It was winter vacation. Our school was closed. I with some of my friends arranged a picnic. We selected Sonargaon for the picnic spot. It is some twenty miles off Dhaka. We got into the bus hired before at about 9 am with all necessary utensils and materials. After reaching Sonargaon we finished our breakfast by 9.30 am. We did not take any cook with us. Our mathematics teacher, Mr. Anwar hossain has a reputation as an expert in cooking. I helped him in cooking. Some were singing, some were cutting jokes and other were playing different types of games. At about with full appetite. After lunch we went out for sight seeing. Sonargaon charmed us most. We started for home at 5pm after faking our tea. We enjoyed the picnic most.
Lovingly yours,
Shawpan
